Students from Engineering colleges of different branches are requested to submit two hard copies of full length paper in IEEE format, not exceeding 8 pages of A4 size, 1.5 spaced, MS Word, Times New Roman with font size 12 along with a soft copy (preferably CD), duly filled registration form & D.D. A copy of full paper should also be sent through e-mail.

Last date for submission of Hardware Abstract through E-mail: Jan 31^st 2012.

Last date for submission of paper & poster: Jan 31^st 2012.

Intimation of Acceptance: 10^th Feb 2012.

Confirmation by participants: 12^th Feb 2012.
